Tara is the Coordinator of the Citizenship and Boundaries Initiative of the Forced Migration Studies Programme, University of the Witwatersrand. With an inter-disciplinary background in Social and Political Sciences (BA Hons from Cambridge University) and Development Studies (MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science) she has extensive experience relating to issues of conflict and peace.
